We also help people to identify their inborn strengths, interests, limitations using various aptitude tests and share with them the science of success so that they can craft their way to achieve both success and happiness in their career and in life.

I am a Success Coach. As a mindset expert, I help youngsters and working professionals, to overcome their obstacles to success, so that they can achieve success and happiness in their personal and professional lives. And using tools like Psychometric Aptitude Tests and Dermatoglyphic Neuroscientific evaluation (Fingerprint Analysis), I also guide aspiring students for a suitable career based on their personality, interests, strengths, and talents.

I have been a corporate professional having 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven accomplishments in handling Domestic Business HR, International Business HR, Corporate HR, Sales Training, Managerial Training & Sales management functions in the pharmaceutical industry with organizations like CIPLA, DRL, ZYDUS, MERCK & EMCURE.

I believe that every human being has the potential to succeed and that with proper training, coaching and guidance, one can achieve success in life. With a strong desire to contribute towards people development and with the passion for training & coaching, I have added value to more than 6500 individuals across the sales and managerial functions.

I also believe that with proper mind training, we can harness the power of our sub-conscious mind, to set and achieve all our desires and goals. Through my personal coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars, I intend to help the participants to understand the science of the mind, the science of success, certain tools, and techniques to have a clarity of vision, set goals, overcome obstacles etc. which will help them to reach their new desired destination.
